Crew Competency Certificate.

 
All existing crew and volunteers will be required to pass through this system

The training is competency based and requires

·          Attendance at training sessions
·          Sea time
·          ESS
·          Completed log book


The process will be as follows:

Implementation.

All existing crew and volunteers will attend and pass thought the course, existing sea time and qualifications being recognised.

· We will have then trained everyone, reviewed the course and have a data base of available crew

· Once this has been completed every new volunteer and crew person would be required to attend and pass through the course.

· Standard established for the skill-sets / competencies  required for crewing the ship
