“Sail for Success” – Youth Development Program

The One&All provides a very powerful learning environment; through consultation with the schools teachers we can facilitate a range of learning outcomes.

The ship and its experienced crew provide, through their own actions and the supervision of students, the activities that provide the learning in the following areas: awareness of others, conflict resolution, teamwork skills and improvement in communication

A programme carried out aboard the One&All creates the environment in which participants are actively involved in the process of getting things done as a team. As everyone is involved, participants are motivated to learn while finding it an exciting and enjoyable experience and therefore a positive learning experience


TARGETED KEY AREAS

    * Teamwork skills
    * Communication skills
    * Decision-making skills
    * Leadership skills
    * Any other areas that teachers wish to focus on in developing the program
 

Day Program  $3000 or 50 Students @ $55 each

5 Day voyage  27 students @   $1018.50 each

7 Day voyage  27 students @   $1500.00 each

The overnight programs are best suited to students 15 yrs or older.


The programme will integrate the physical and emotional aspects which result in the development of new personal skills outside familiar environments.
