One & All is owned by the State Government and is operated under a charter party agreement by SA Tall Ships Inc. The business of SA Tall Ships Inc. is primarily directed at delivering the vision for One & All to provide excellence in youth development.

SA Tall Ships Inc. abides by a range of policies that embrace the commitment to operate the One & All for and on behalf of the people of South Australia, and to provide meaningful youth development programs that meet current best practice principles for the youth of our State and nationally.
